lives in a family struggling to put food on the table.
- Poverty undermines success in schools.
- Poverty keeps children in the cold.
- Child poverty is rooted in job losses over time.
Pennies collected are used in local poverty efforts. Much of Trinity's collection will go to the Arlington Food Pantry.
At Town Day, We Launched the Penny Project

At Arlington's Town Day
we launched the Penny Project, and raised more than 5,500 pennies. In
2007, there were 182,000 Massachusetts children living in poverty.
